AI FIRST
We don't ban tools; we master them. Artificial Intelligence is the steam engine of our time. We teach kids to treat AI as an extension of their own cognition—a co-pilot for creativity, a debugger for logic, and a bicycle for the mind. The future belongs to those who can direct intelligence, not just consume it.
ASYNC BY DEFAULT
The factory bell is dead. Deep work doesn't happen in 45-minute blocks. We operate asynchronously, giving students the freedom to manage their energy and the responsibility to deliver results. We value output over presence, and deep focus over busywork.
THINK, DON'T MEMORIZE
Rote memorization is for hard drives. Human value lies in synthesis, critique, and creation. We dismantle the 'test-prep' industrial complex to focus on First Principles thinking. We don't ask 'what is the answer?'; we ask 'is this the right question?'
THINK. LEARN. DO.
The holy trinity of mastery. theory without action is sterile; action without theory is blind. Our students cycle rapidly between abstract conceptualization, rapid skill acquisition, and concrete implementation. We build engines, not just blueprints.
COMPLEX CONUNDRUMS
The world is not multiple-choice. We immerse students in morally and technically ambiguous scenarios—trolley problems for the digital age. They learn to navigate trade-offs, defend their ethics, and make decisions under uncertainty.
SELF-TEACHING
The ultimate meta-skill. The curriculum of 2030 hasn't been written yet. We equip kids with the navigational tools to map their own learning paths. When they leave us, they don't need a teacher; they need a documentation page and a compiler.
REAL PROJECTS
No toy apps. No simulations. We build real software and solve real problems. If it doesn't ship, it doesn't count. Our students leave with a portfolio that rivals senior engineers, not a report card.
BUILD IN PUBLIC
Transparency over polish. We share our work-in-progress, expose our failures, and learn from the crowd. The best ideas are forged in the open. We contribute to the commons, document our journey, and turn every project into a public artifact. Your GitHub profile is your resume.
